Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, Cannes
At the start of the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals hosts trade shows and international conferences all year round: MIPIM in March, the Cannes Film Festival in May, Cannes Lions in June, the Cannes Yachting Festival in September, MIPCOM and TFWA in October, plus many scientific congresses and corporate conventions. During those weeks the town is packed, some roads are closed and traffic around the Croisette slows right down. We know the authorised drop-off points and build in time margins, so your guests reach their meeting, stand or session on time.
Cannes is about 27 km from the airport, 30–45 minutes in normal traffic and longer during major events (see Nice Airport ⇄ Cannes). We meet your attendees at the terminal with a name sign or an event-branded sign and drive them to their hotel in Cannes, Le Cannet, Mougins, Mandelieu or Juan-les-Pins.
Conferences and trade shows in Nice
In Nice, since the Acropolis convention centre was demolished, conferences, trade shows and conventions are held notably at OcéaNice, the convention centre on the port, and in the large hotels on the Promenade des Anglais and in the Arénas business district near the airport. We handle transfers between the airport, Nice-Ville station, hotels and meeting venues, as well as gala evenings and off-site dinners.

Can you drop attendees at the Palais des Festivals during the Film Festival or MIPIM?
Yes, as close to the Palais as possible. During major events some roads are reserved or closed, so we drop your guests at the nearest authorised point and plan times with a margin for traffic.
