Nice Airport Taxi to La Turbie

Nice Airport ⇄ La Turbie: the journey

La Turbie is about 27 km from the airport, at an altitude of nearly 500 metres. The A8 motorway runs right past the village: the drive usually takes 30 to 40 minutes to the La Turbie junction, then a few minutes more. Depending on the time of day, your driver may also take the Grande Corniche from Nice, more winding but highly scenic.

The village centre, the area around the Trophy of Augustus, villas in the hills, homes towards Mont Agel or Cap-d'Ail: we drop you at your exact address, luggage included. Many houses are reached by small winding lanes, so a precise road name and gate code avoid any waiting.

Between Monaco and the mountains

From La Turbie the view stretches over Monaco and the whole coast, and the Trophy of Augustus, a Roman monument from the 1st century BC, towers over the village. Many residents work in the Principality, so we also drive between La Turbie and Monaco, Èze or Nice. On major event days in Monaco the road down to the Principality is busy: allow extra time.
